Fisher Matthews FMS40 Carton Sleever:

This machine feeds and wraps a flat carton sleeve blank around the product (currently set up for ready meals in trays) and applies Hot Melt Glue to the sleeve.

A folding sequence then takes place, the glue joint is aligned compressed and dried before the finished sleeve product exits the machine.

Speed: Up to 80 packs per minute

Infeed: 2 metres of slat conveyor into automatic infeed into the flighted pitches of the machine.

Parwel own all the intellectual property for this machine including all assembly and part drawings meaning modification, sourcing of parts and refurbishment can all be covered.

Iwema Shrink Wrapper RA650/24

In need of refurbishment.

Iwema were the pioneers of shrinkwrapping in the late 60's and developed this machine.

Don't be fooled by its age. This machine is strong and robust and there are many still in production facilities around the world today, trusted by major players.

The sealing jaw system used on this machine is still used on new machinery produced today.

This one was recently removed from a Malt producers due to packaging changes.

The electrical cabinet does require replacing. Parwel recently did a similar refurbishment on an identical machine so have all the information for this work to be easily carried out.

We have been supplying spares and service for these machines for 15 years. We hold a comprehensive stock for immediate despatch.
